Privacy notice.
How this public Transport & Tracking website handles information when you browse or contact Worth.
Last updated: 4 October 2026
Who is responsible?
Transport & Tracking is a product owned by Worth Automotive Technologies. For this public site, WordPress receives and processes information needed to serve pages and route website enquiries. The hosting provider may process technical access/security information to operate the site.
What information is collected?
This site does not currently enable analytics or advertising tags. If you use the contact form, the form asks for your name, email address, optional company name, enquiry topic and message. That information is used to review and respond to the enquiry. Do not include passwords, API keys, payment card details, sensitive customer records or unnecessary vehicle information.
The WordPress site administrator may receive the enquiry using the site’s configured mail service. The website theme does not intentionally save the message in the WordPress database. WordPress, the mail provider or hosting may retain operational logs according to their own configurations.
Cookies and local storage
The public pages do not load analytics or advertising scripts. WordPress may set essential technical cookies for site operation, and this theme saves whether you dismissed the cookie notice in your browser’s local storage. See the Cookie notice.
How long is enquiry information kept?
Enquiries are handled by Worth using its configured mail service. The theme itself does not store the enquiry content. Any retention in a mailbox or provider system is managed by the site operator and relevant service providers. Please avoid sending information that is not necessary for your enquiry.
Your rights and questions
If you have a question about a website enquiry or want to make a privacy request, use the Contact page and identify the relevant message. This site does not publish a dedicated privacy email or postal address because none has been configured here.
Operational product data
When the operational product opens, transport companies may handle personal information relating to their owners, employees, drivers, customers, vehicles and jobs. Those roles, lawful basis, access rights, retention and processor arrangements require separate product privacy documentation and user notices before real operational use.
Changes
This notice may be updated when the site’s actual scripts, forms or data handling changes. The date above will be revised when the wording is updated.
