How Transport & Tracking works.
One shared workflow for the transport company, its drivers and the customers it authorises—each with access limited to their role and job.
Start with the job
A customer request or company-created job records the vehicle, parties, collection and delivery details, and any quote or booking context.
Plan and assign
The transport team reviews upcoming work, arranges dispatch and assigns an eligible company driver—or creates a narrow one-job pass for an outside driver.
Share permitted progress
The driver records job stages. An authorised customer can see the job’s approved status and available location updates.
Capture the record as work happens.
At collection and delivery, permitted vehicle-condition photos or video can be associated with the job. The timeline records relevant actions and times so authorised users can review the move afterwards.
Evidence is intended to be protected within the company/job workflow, not exposed through an unrestricted public file link.
Each participant sees only their part.
Company staff work inside a tenant workspace. Drivers need active company membership and eligible assignment. Customer users see authorised customer records. A subcontractor pass is restricted to one job and vehicle and can expire or be revoked.
Company job and evidence history is designed to remain available for at least 12 months under the current platform policy.
Does the customer get a guaranteed live ETA?
No. Customer views show permitted job status and the latest available location updates. A continuously refreshed location or guaranteed arrival time is not promised.
Can an outside driver see all the company jobs?
No. A subcontractor link is intended for one job and vehicle, with a narrow scope, expiry and revocation controls.
Can I download the driver app today?
The mobile app is not currently available for public download. Internal app builds and controlled testing remain separate from public launch.
Are online payments included?
No. Payment processing is not currently offered as a working product feature.
How does a company join?
Company onboarding is intended to use a Worth review and approval process. Applications are not currently open; the application page will say so until the secure onboarding and email setup are ready.
